Certificate problem report

Subscribers, relying parties, application software suppliers and other third parties can report suspected private-key compromise, certificate misuse, fraud, or any other matter related to certificates issued by the Signit CA.

How to log a certificate problem report

Send an email to cert.problem@signit.sa including the following details. Our team triages every report and follows up promptly.

Full name
Email address
Contact number (and a suitable time for a phone call)
Supporting evidence as email attachment (screenshot, certificate, etc.)
Problem description
